Personal information we collect and how we use it
Your data and order information is automatically stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. Data is stored by Shopify on a secure server behind a firewall and adheres to GDPR legislation.
We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). We will not give anybody access to your information and access to your information is limited and restricted by passwords.
We may enter into email correspondence with you about your order so would therefore save your name and email address into our email contacts. You have the right to request to be removed from our lists of contacts at any time by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
You have the option to sign-up to our mailing list on our Site. By signing up to our mailing list, your name and email address will also be securely held by our mailing list provider, Mailchimp. Should you wish to unsubscribe from our mailing list in the future you can do so at any time and all contact data will be deleted.
Device Information is collected using the following technologies:

- “Log files” track actions occurring on the Site, and collect data including your IP address, browser type, Internet service provider, referring/exit pages, and date/time stamps.

We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address).

Additionally, if you are a European resident we note that we are processing your information in order to fulfill contracts we might have with you (for example if you make an order through the Site), or otherwise to pursue our legitimate business interests listed above. Additionally, please note that your information will be transferred outside of Europe, including to Canada and the United States.
When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information. We will also save email correspondence unless and until you ask us to delete this information
